Provider Subscription on Discount – Additional Terms
(“Multi-Home Plan” – two or more properties on one agreement)
1. Contract length
The term is 36 months from the date you first subscribe (“Effective Date”).
2. Cooling-off
You may cancel within 14 days of the Effective Date provided no Reveal credits have been used. If you cancel in this window we refund all fees paid. Once a Reveal is used, the right to a refund for that period ends.
3. Fees and sliding discount
- The monthly fee is charged 15 days in advance.
- A discount is applied at each billing date according to the number of homes on your Multi-Home Plan.
- We may verify that each listed home is registered with the CQC under your organisation.
- Late payment attracts a £20 charge.
4. Reveal credits
Each click on Reveal in your dashboard uses one credit. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable once used. If a contact number or email hard-bounces within 48 hours, email contact@thecarefinder.co.uk and we will credit one Reveal to your balance.
5. Early exit
You may leave before the 36-month term ends, but we will invoice all remaining monthly fees in one amount, payable immediately.
6. Adding or removing homes
- You may add extra homes at any time; they share the original contract end date.
- If your portfolio drops below two homes we move you to the standard single-home monthly plan from the next billing date.
7. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising under these additional terms is subject to arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996. The arbitration seat is London and the ruling is final and binding.
8. Indemnity and confidentiality
You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services and agree to keep any non-public information we share with you confidential.
9. Governing law
These additional terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
